1. Drafting Contracts:
The tutor team is composed of both Chinese experts and foreign tutors, who give detailed explanation on skills and routines on Chinese and English contract drafting, modifying and review based on Chinese law background by referring to original English text book so as to equip the students with necessary business sensitivity an legal risk control ability by providing a variety of contract templates from Chinese branches of international law firms.
